Titanium's Front Brake Upgrade
As anticipated in my personal presentation I developed a 280 mm front disc upgrade for my TF fitted with 15" rims
Discs 280 BMW Mini Cooper I bought from Mister Auto 67€ brand TRW DF4799, I've redrilled 4 holes for MG's PDC. I selected Mini discs due to the large availability either std either with special surface treatment /or machining (groves and holes) for any further development
Spacers designed and manufactured by myself ad well the centering rings
Goodridge SS hoses (installed previously as 1st step to fix spongy feeling)
Std 2 pots calipers
Pads Ferodo FDS603P approx 80 €
A possible further would by to purchase and fit 2 Mini calipers with carrier in order to fit larger surface pads.

I'd like to see more on this, mate. so I've given you your own thread.
Do you have more information and pictures?
How much did the brakes improve?

I can tell you that the first feeling is for a quicker reaction just pushing a little bit on the brake pedal. The spongy effect disappeared completely, the SS braided hoses have been replaced last year. I drived only 300 km after the upgrade and had just 2 or 3 opportunities for hard braking, I managed for a smooth setting.
I don't feel bias unbalance issues between front/rear axles.
You fill more braking feedback, this is clear
