1996 LIMITED EDITION MGF print

I am now the proud owner of a 1996 Limited Edition Print of the MGF, numbered 252/500 it is the original theme sketch by the designer Gerry Mc Govern and is signed by him. This copy was presented to one of our club members in 1996 by Kevin Jones of the MG Rover Press Office. The proceeds from the auction sale are being donated to St Raphael's Hospice, a local charity that Epsom MGOC support in a big way. I understand that the current value of these prints is around £250,twice as much as i paid (bargain) :woohoo:

Considering those were Gerry's original sketches, the resulting production car was extremely close, even down to the oval exhaust pipes!

Agreed, apart from the huge wheels, it's a lot closer to the produced model than most design sketches.
