Not much use for a standard engine.
Useful if you're into modding. Not cheap.:nonod:

I have just bought 2 recently, one was £450 2nd hand, the other was £500 2nd hand but never used complete with a full loom for K-Series (elise)...
Need it on the MGF after the cams and head were done, as its over fueling massively between 0 and 5000rpm, above that its about right...
the emerald gives full 3D map control, and is a direct replacement if you have an older MGF (or needs a wireing adapter if your car is post 2000/2001)...
Very good bit of kit, but only needed if your doing some serious tuning.

I have gone the above route but lack the funds to get the full HP increase, am making do with a FPR at 4.5bar. In Australia we have a Wolf Engine Managment system which I am trying to buy second hand.Ozzy wrote: Need it on the MGF after the cams and head were done, as its over fueling massively between 0 and 5000rpm, above that its about right...
