wonder if I can get away without that bit since I dont have it or a compressor

Then all I need is to find a building to do it in, coz knowing my luck it would chuck it down half way through

I think you will need it, go to www.ccw-tools.com they are selling the VS160 for £18.19 inc vat and the VS1601 for £5.43 inc vat (rrp £10.74 + vat) i says that you need 90 to 125 psi compressed air to hold the valves closed and the valve in the 1601 holds the pressure in the cylinder after the air line is removed. you also need a standard bayonet air line connector and of course an air compressor with 125 psi in the tank!!! ~ the valves will just drop into the combustion chamber without this part and then its a head off job, :shrug: :evil:

With the cylinder only being less than half a litre each I've just had an idea

My 12v plug in the car tyre pump goes over 125psi, so I could cut tyre valve thingy off and put it striaght to the valve thingy

I've found a compressor with a starting bid .99p

looks like I just need a roof now

Just had a look on the old head to see whats what, not alot of room, defo something I wouldn't want to start doing on the road outside
