Russell can do that and I think he's in Sevenoaks - not too far.

ADAM ~ Phone Russell, i know he is very very busy as usual, it only takes about five minutes to do and he needs the car. will come to you. £45 each for new ones. dont know how much for existing ones though. If you have fitted a secondhand ECU, he will also need the Original Vin number.

Hi Bryan,
Gave him a buzz just now and no answer so left a message! Fingers crossed he's in my area soon as today I almost got stuck as it just refused to disarm after I'd been shopping... so embarrassing standing there with the roof down and pushing the button, popping it under my chin, and all the other 'how to get it to work' tricks I know! LOL

Have you got the EKA Code?? Emergency Access Code. You can use this to dis-arm the alarm and open the door :huh:

When I got my car last year my local garage wanted £57 to program a fob I supplied (£10 for 2 from eBay) and £20 for the EKA code, total £137.

Russel did mine when he came to change my cambelt, tensioner and water pump and charged substantially less.

The garages are taking liberties - I watched Russel and the whole procedure took about 5 minutes.
