Hi,

Please can you tell me what are the correct speaker sizes to buy for the door panels?

Is it necessary to remove the whole door panel to fit the speaker or cannot it be done easier?

The speakers are 6 1/4" or 160mm.

You need to remove the door card because the speaker is screwed to the door frame. It's only the cover that is attached to the card.
