I am fitting electric mirrors to my mk1 pre face lift '99 MGF.

Did the mk1 have any of the mirror wiring in the loom, if so where are the plugs/sockets hidden?

Not a problem, I didn't want to make up a loom if there was stuff already there, it'll be a trip to the local scrap yard on Saturday and then eBay and paypal.

I've done them on maestros before but IIRC the loom was there in the main loom.

I am a realist! LOL

Scrappie is best idea, making the loom up is a bloody nightmare - wish I'd cut one from an existing loom!
