I have been quite ill since last Friday. You know its bad when you can't even be arsed using the internet :lol:

even Facebook was neglected :ohmy:

Suffice to say I will no longer be purchasing rotisserie chicken from Tesco ever again, and plan to install a bidet that has a "fridge cold" option for the future................

On the plus side, Ive lost 10lbs in 6 days!

Well I often have a crap time fixing the F too :lol:

glad to have you back, try the slim fast diet next time or better still get some more tesco chicken and sell it to celebs looking at losing wheight youd make a killing or it will go down the pan
