Hoping its just the downpipe or manifold, but not sure why only when hot.
Anyway tonight, OBD reader found misfire in cylinder 3.
Fingers crossed its just a plug/coil thing..... (I think I may have an oil leak form cam carrier...maybe its leaking into cylinder as when I got the car there was a lot of oil in that plug hole)
Send me good vibes folks...hopefully have a root around at the weekend if I can stand the heat and find some 2,000,000 sun block LOL

David Aiketgate wrote: Sounds like a bad exhaust leak, tbh.
TBH I might go backl to OEM exhaust as I am not sure the xpower one is working properly. When I boguht the car it was like shit of a shovel....I put on exhaust and decat and it has been like the old f since....fine when cold but poor when hot
I might need a new manifold and downpipe...now wouldn't that be a bad thing
Sorry to hear of your crap Dan, whats the problem just now?

That was as well as  I think that's been leakin ever since I bought the car as I've always had a slow leak that I've never been able to trace, everything else has been replaced so that was the last place it could be. Must admit, I was expecting it to be the heater matrix itself :silly:

Thanks, not going to be back together for at least a week. Should be some nice road noise to and from work next week
