But don't be fooled into thinking that the 56mm throttle body will give you even beter performance than the 52mm. There is quite a lot of info about the fact that the 56mm body actually gives you a loss of performance.

Yes - I remember reading something about this when I decided to do mine.
Plenty of threads on .org stating power LOSS at lower revs and only very small gain at top end.
Sounds like 52mm is the best option.

52 Mm is the way to go also remeber to tighten the throttle cable. Ok the tightening doesn't add to the BHP but don't arf make a difference off the mark :broon:
as for the windscreen surround for the OP I leathered mine very easy to do and don't look too shabby if i do say so myself :thumbsup:

I sprayed mine using Broon's method of using Halford's Bumper Spray...they look so much better :thumbsup:
