youth of today

i sold my spare hood and was speaking to the young chap who bought it, im amazed how little the youths of to day know about cars or how to fix them when things go wrong. i even gave him the t bar forum addy take a look its a good comunity forum with plenty of help when things might go wrong, oooh dont know about that a garage does all my work was his reply .are you gonna fit it your self . he just looked at me if i was raving mad, :silly: when i was growing up que the tune (hovis advert ) we made our own bikes from bits chucked away . i havent stopped since playing with my tools, theres a lot of satisfaction of doing it your self when its possible, maybe its just me but a garage is the last resort if i carnt fix it

Eee laad, we used to make model planes out of bits of frog when I were a boy!:rofl:
