Plus storage would be a nightmare for us,
I think Hardtops are a marmite thing, tbh.
Practicality wise there'e no reason for having one, but some people like them. It's your choice really! :yesnod:

The other disadvantage is you will almost certainly have to adjust the windows/seals to get it water tight.

No problems with seals on either after initital adjustment.
Now's the ideal time to pick one up cheap.

Having just searched convertibles for sale for a couple of weeks I found myself disregarding some very good cars because they had hardtops accompanying the sale. It's not a negative and I could always complicate things by selling it on for the right car. I wanted a car without one, so that I can 'drop top' 90% of the year. But like someone else said "each to their own".cjj wrote: I can think of many reasons to have a hard top, but non of them involve putting it on a car. :nonod:
Might be a point to consider when you come to selling. Maybe you could have two prices, one with the hardtop, one without. For people like me.. and some others, evidently.

They do Mike. There's no doubt about it. :broon: It's great that the option exists for all our differing tastes.mikeknight wrote: I think they make the car look great, but that's just my opinion.
