CONGRATULATIONS TO " RICH in VANCOUVER" was created by bryan young
Posted 13 years 4 months ago #25985The first of his monthly articles can be found on pages 52,53 and 54 in the July 2011 edition of Safety Fast, the MGCC monthly magazine. His article outlines the mammoth task of importing 15 year old “ANDY” into Canada and then making him comply with their stringent Provincial Laws.

Posted 13 years 4 months ago #25993I didn't even know that the article was going into Safety Fast, I was shooting for FastForward!
My copy probably won't arrive for a week or two so I will have to waqit with baited breath to see how it turned out.
Thanks for the good wishes, now I will have to go by the hat shop for a resizing.
Although there is still no competing with PQD44, AKA Mr. Mug.
As for the "Native American" Thing...They are called "First Nations People" here. (And are very fussy about it!)
And yes...My MGF is currently the only one west of Ontario (some 2000 miles away.)
There are currently about 10 in the country. One in British Columbia (mine), two in Newfoundland, and the rest in Ontario.
I'm hoping to have company soon. If the reception my car has received is any indication it won't be long!
Cheers,
Rich
Here is my MGF at a British Car display at the Whistler Olympic Park in May.
The MGF is the car with the crowd around it! This gives an idea of the interest it is getting.
