1. Follow their instructions on how to upload a photo from your computer to their site.
2. Once your photo is on their site click on it and it will appear larger
3. Above the photo you will see 'share' - click on it.
4. A box will open - under the box click the button BBCode.
5. Highlight and Copy all the text that appears in the big box above BBCode.
6. Paste it into your forum dialogue box where you want it to appear.
7. Hey Presto.
You get to store 200 photos for free on flickr before you have to start paying....other photosharing sites might have better offers and work slightly differently but the principle is still the same.
I suspect the forum heirarchy will be along shortly to give other (probably quicker) ways to do it.
And a question to the forum guy from me. when you link to a photo on a web sharing site .... does it embed the photo on to the TBar forum or if I ever delete it from my flickr account will it disappear from the forum site leaving a blank hole?

It will ask you, once you have registered and created an account, to upload you're pics.
Navigate to the pics on your pc and upload them then click 'save'. It's on the screen in a green box.
Click at the links given below your pics to auto copy the web address or image code.
When making a post on a site ie;- here, use the little box with the square pic and chain (above right, move your mouse over them to tell you which is which) to post the image...
One of two things will happen - you will either see your pic in the post you are creating or you will just see a link which people can click to see the pic. It's best to have the pic showing.
Hope this helps.

If you remove your photos from flicker they will disappear from here.

If you go to Internet Explorer; Tools; Internet Option; Security; Custom; find the "Include local directory path when uploading files to a server" (it is quite a ways down) and click on "Enable" You may have to restart your computer, but this works & eliminates that pesky little "fakepath" that inhibits the upload.
That should solve it. If not there is a couple of other options if needs be, Let me know.
This is to use the Attachment facility below the dialgue box.
