if we cut out the boot this engine would fit the space.would need a bigger K&N FILTER and may be a bigger cooling system.we measured it the other day.in theory it would fit.I would if the mgf brakes would need a little bit of work.

we have loads of mgfs in stock, the temptation to fit it in to the back of an mgf.it would be a running car just for show, weld suspension up solid, make some brackets fake hoses and cables, the whole back end would be a engine.then have a sound effect system if some said start her up.makes the k series engine look a bit silly.

Many years ago Cars and Car Conversions magazine did an article on a small car (Alfasud if I recall) that had a power unit from a Ferrari 308 shoehorned into the back. They built a tubular spaceframe to mount the engine and rallied the car.
Of course that was just a V8 so it would have been an easy project compared to the V12 mill that Daz has!
