Hi All,
Sorry I've not been about much lately - been really ill with the worst flu / chest I have ever had!
Anyway someone was asking about hood straps to pull the hood up and also let it down easier - well here is the one I put in Meg a couple of years ago now:
You simple 'fold' it up and it tucks nicely above the hood catch. It is secured underneath the catch by detaching the catch and putting the strap against the front rail, then tightening it all up again. Works great. I can lower and raise the hood easily with almost no effort. When the hood is down the strap just lays down behind the seat. Then to put it up I just grab the strap and pull.... simples!

Wondered where you'd been Adam. :yesnod:
Hope you've recovered fully!
Thanks for the photo, :yesnod: Do you have one in the recumbent position?

In between my 'tail-end of the flu' coughing and spluttering tomorrow I'll pop her hood down and take a snap. I need to snap her new Walnut bits anyhow to show them off! LOL

Well here's the pic... it's not the best but gives you an idea:
It's really easy to grab the strap and pull!
