Power Fold mirrors

I was thinking (god knows why!) if the Rover 75 power fold mirrors could be adapted to fit the F?

The early bullet type, which I think would complement the F shape quite well like this one:



They seem to have similar fitment (bound to need a bit of fettling).

Mmm, interesting!

*If I had them fitted, it would have saved me the pain and hassle of fitting a new driver's side mirror because some ******* didn't know how to drive passed a parked car!

Yep... god knows why I thought about it when the rad has just fell apart - typical with me - loads of bits all half done! Still haven finished the air con !

Hehe - I must get round to popping my others up!

All I have to do now is find a folding mirror at not too much cost!

There are a pair on e-bay at £ 98 per side, sound like an expensive project if it goes wrong.
