Another Broon update....

Just to let you know, my recent health problem seems to be resolved for time being and I am eating food again....a LOT of food (the 3 stones I lost wont be long in going back on )

Anyway, been fiddling with car getting it all sorted. Manifold etc all fitted/ fixed now, bits and bobs fixed inside (volt meter stopped working but traced a dodgy wire, starter motor illumination ..same, ), and more importantly fixed the heater blower direction thinking..since I got it it has only been able to go to window or face, not floor, even than it was not very good....fixed it at weekend...turned out it was the dial....someone has removed it in the past but put it back on the wrong "teeth" in the cog, so I simply put it in the right way and I have full control..... and it seems to blow stronger too. Also fixed temperature dials...wee bit of tape on the cable under the clips stops clip slipping so can now get hot and cold!

AND finally after 10 years of ownership suffered the heater resistor problem for first time, lost 1 and 2....got replacements off ebay and soldered on, so all heating system now working fine.




Since I replaced the thermostat housing the other month I have not lost a single drop of coolant!!!!


All is good.....(touch wood)

(Don't worry is fully legal in that it runs off cabin switch...not horn). Much more fun than ABS lol
