Posted 12 years 11 months ago #32442As its a company car and the accident wasn't your fault are you "sure" you dont have any neck ache?
(Think of all the money you have paid through the years into vehicle insurance)

Quite honestly Simon, think about it, any neck ache at all or pains that you didnt have before, my Daughter was a passenger in a car that was involved in a simmilar accident, and the neck pain came on a few days after from "whiplash" claim made (non fault driver was training as a solicitor) and two years later and two consultants reports she accepted £5500 in injury compensation. the consultants report said words to the effect that "she would suffer some discomfort for many years to come!!!! Please think about it :yesnod:

One of the main reasons why we are all suffering rapidly increasing insurance costs and reduced services is the sickening blame and claim culture which low life so called specialist injury compensation solicitors push very hard, whilst making vast amounts of money in 'costs' which far exceed the few grand paid in 'compensation'.
I receive almost weekly texts and emails offering to claim back thousands £££ for accidents ?? I may have had at any time over the past three years. Had a trip, Claim. You slipped, Claim. No watch where you are walking and stop trying to blame everyone else for your lack of balance or attention to the path ahead.
Who pays these wonderful £thousands in compensation claims, some benevolent fund - No it's YOU and ME.
:nonod: Any talk of 'whiplash' is something which greatly saddens me and I'm sure no one here would ever condone it.
Just because someone gets away with it does not make it right. The sooner we clamp down on these leaches sucking our money out us the better. The only winners in this game are the 'specialist injury compensation solicitors' or conmen for short.
Don't get me wrong there are genuine cases but there are thousands of exaggerated and fraudulent cases which should never see the light of day. My local council at one point was not fighting any claim under £800 for a trip on paving as the costs of fighting it were higher than paying out. They soon changed the policy when within months they had hundreds of claims arriving a week for £500 - £800 for injuries.
Normal service will now be resumed
