Keep the green look and go for something like this:
Or in 16 x 16
CJJ, I think you have nailed it. that looks great, simple but stylish.

If you want to see it sitting in the address bar as a favicon should, go here;

My first idea was a was a dial but once you reduced it, it just ended up as a circle with a T

Doh my fault for not explaining what I meant properly but you know the animated font that scrolls across the favicon saying "www.the-t-bar.org" ...can you change the font for that?

Unfortunately no, it has to be a really basic one otherwise you cant read it.

I think if the writing was bigger it might work! Like this
For what its worth and IMHO, if you made this square instead of round and used the same lettering, I think it would be ideal

It's tricky because you just can't tell what it says. How about a green octagon i.e. same shape as the badge with just a T in it? Like Craig's but with a different font for the T? :CJJ:

Posted 16 years 7 months ago #4055It all depends on whether or not someone can edit it and turn it into a Favicon but how about this...
Now ignore the outer part of the badge... is it possible just to have the inner "MG" part with the T behind it and nothing else. Because that looks :piratebang:

Posted 16 years 7 months ago #4057Apologies for the poor photo editing attempt! But along those lines but maybe with a green "T" instrad of red? Can anyone do that?

I would settle for a T on its own or a box with a T in it, like the one I did earlier. Anything else just gets lost at that size.
