In theory, it's just 5 bolts, :yesnod: but we all know how things can become much more difficult than you think.

Could I just say, 'Hahahahahahaha! 5 bolts, right!' :bust:

It can be removed from the buttress by loosening the left hand (in picture) 18mm nut and withdrawing the bolt from the arm. The rubber mount is now held to the buttress with two 13mm bolts. (Both of which sheared.)
This is the old mounting.
The rubber has completely detached from the centre bolt.

It is at this stage that I have to say that MGR's idea of using poor quality steel bolts to tighten into thread holes in alloy components that are then exposed to the elements is an ideal recipe for having said bolts shear rather than come out. Thanks guys! :coat:

How to added. :broon: Finished the job, and fixed a slight exhaust leak, a minor coolant leak and a tiny vacuum leak. I also fitted new DRLs( much brighter) . All done by 1500 hrs! I need a nice restful Christmas day. :yesnod:
Fat chance, but Merry Christmas anyway.
