T Bar charity calender 2013.........
OK folks here is the plan, any comments improvements etc please feel free to say, this is a calender by the members for members so feed back is important. Please do not think it is all rules and regulations, I have had to make a few to keep the idea workable
Each month I will start a best photo of the month thread. Please only post photo's on it, no comments etc because it will make it a nightmare for people looking at the photo's and choosing which they want to vote for.
Select a photo you have taken (must be of an F or TF, yours or some one else's is fine, or a photo of your car taken by some one else.
The photo could have been taken at any time, it does not have to be a recent one, the idea here is to have a fab calender.
Add a number by the photo so people know which one to vote for, please keep numbers in order.
If you can get a shot with multi members cars in so much the better.
All photo's to be posted by first last day of the month.
All votes to be PMed to me bu 14th of the next month.
The winning photo will be in the 2013 calender and the runner up will be on the cover (12 small photo's are catered for)
So that I can get the calenders ordered and delivered to you for the 1st of January, I will use the winner and second place photo's from the 2011 photo contest. 3rd and 4th will go on the cover. The winner of November and December 2011 will go on to the 2014 calender.
Now...........
Should I add on peoples birthdays if they want it on?
What size do you think we should have?
Remember they are not cheap, they are fantastic quality. Also postage to your house will have to be added.
Here is a link to the calender site http://thecalendarprinters.com/create-now.html
Thank you, all the best, John

It depends on quantities chick, however I paid £250 for 25 calenders in 2010.

Great price, but you would need to add a bit for the charity, the quality of the last lost was superb ..
Maybe ask what people would be willing to give extra on a poll, £5 £7 £10 ..
Just a thought
