I picked up my new pads today EBC Red Stuff I plan to change them this weekend. I have worked on plenty of brakes in the past on other cars and I know what the manual says but I have never done the brakes on an F before does anyone have any tricks or tips?

No, Craig they are just like any other brake pad change.
Just remember that the rear pistons have to be rotated back in.
Can't think of anything else.:snow:

hi craig...ditto to what david said...fronts are piece of pee....sometimes good idea to get some new disc retaining screws too as the F ones are made of butter.....needle nose pliers good for retracting...no need for special tool

[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]Is so skint he's off to become a sperm donor.....when i think of the money i've let slip through my fingers!!!

Don't forget to take up the slack fully on the rears using the foot brake before
pulling on the handbrake!!!
Otherwise you'll bugger up the adjustment.
