I know they stuck holes in the caps to stop kids suffocating if they swallowed them - guess they never thought of making it possible to get them jammed in your ear and still be able to hear ok.....
Glad the paramedics yanked it out!

The offending object now safely removed:
the paramedics were good, they didnt have any tweezers, so they manage to get hold of it with some scissors from a swiss army knife and yark it out!
