I need to get some replacement badges for the MGF (hood and trunk) and was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a suplier. I know some folks have changed theirs-different colors etc - I need mine to be black so I thought Id ask.

Thanks, Ned.

Bonnet, Boot and Wheel Centre badges - Great looking gel badge replacements and fixing guide.

MG Black/Silver Gel Bonnet Badge Choice of Sizes.

Thanks Leigh. Anyone know the sizes for front and rear badges on a 1996 MGF? (don't have access to car atm)

+1 on capricorn one!

Can't help with the size: we have a TF and I think they are different size to an F
Note: different suppliers give two possible dimensions, very close to one another: one is the distance across flats to the outside edges of the Octagon, the other to the inside of the raised outer section of the Octagon. In the case of the TF, IIRC, the dimensions given were 65 and 70mm: the badge will be the same size!
I'm sure an F owner will be along soon to help!

It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

At Jans brilliant BBQ I noticed my TF badges seemed much bigger than her F's.

What can I say: a flurry of posts appeared between me reading the query and my reply appearing. I actually read quite well: I read Electrical Engineering at Leeds University for example.... :yesnod:

It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

I bought some extra ones as the postage is about as much as the badges! I stuck a matching Union Flag badge on the steering wheel centre: looks sweet!!

It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

Just this second checked my '96 and inside diameter is 55mm front and back. I believe inside diameter is what needed as new badge sits in frame of old.

So I need to order the 54mm ones from the drop down box?
