New to the forum... Facebook profile link

Hi everyone! :bye:

Just a little added feature... you can now connect to your Facebook profile via the forum. As you can see from my post on the left (next to the ebay link) there is a little Facebook image. This shows other members you have a Facebook account and if you click on the image then it will take you to your Facebook profile.

To activate this option follow the instructions below:

• Go to your Facebook Profie
• Click on your Facebook profile picture
• In the address bar you will see a string of numbers at the end of the website address. This is your Profile ID. Copy your ID.
• Go to The T Bar
• Click on your "User CP"
• Click "Edit Your Details"
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page & paste the number where instructed.
• Et voila!

just done that Kara and it takes me to the profile of someone called Frank Rizzo ?????

tried just the last section of numbers and it takes me to the FB home page ?????

edit; ok cracked it

Done here too, but mine seems to take me to the FB page of some "Matt Lucas" look alike....lol

Gos maybe you could help Bacchus out as not really sure what he's doing to get Matt Lucas! :dunno:

just clicked on it and it works to your profile craig :thumbsup:

I believe Craig is referring to the fact that I jokingly accused him of substituting a picture of Matt Lucas in his profile picture!:whistle:

Honestly & here's good, hard working folk like me & Gos trying to sort out a problem that doesn't even exist... disgraceful! :shake:
