rear trailing arm bushes
Hello, i have been given the news that my rear trailing arm bushes (both sides) are worn, would it be possible
for a step by step guide to how these are replaced please

its an f and i think its the outers because its the one with two big washers on eather side of the bush and its the end of the bar with the nut on the end.. thanks

Easy to do..
Jack up one side.. Wheel off..
Rear arm off (bolt each end)
Undo the trailing arm (one through subframe, one bolt to hub and the tie bar through the middle)
Burn or saw the old bushes out (do all three)
Clean and paint arm.. Replace with poly.. silly not to realy
Re-fit
Personally Id replace the M12 bolts with new.. and locktite the bolts that go into the subframe

If you're handy on the spanners then give it a go..
Just make sure you use axle stands and not just a jack
