This how-to applies to my LE500..and may apply to other TFs but is not guaranteed.
I replaced both sides.
For something so simple writing it down seems to make it so much more complicated!
Parts required for each side:
Subframe mount 1 x KGE000110
(used B&G superior part eBay item No.290887539993 for a pair)
Flanged bolt M14 1 x KYG000110
(you may be able to re-use the old one provided you haven't knackered it removing it and a new application of threadlock is applied)
Flanged nut M14 1 x FN114041
(you may be able to re-use the old one unless you knacker it getting it off!)
Bolt M8 2 x YYG10005A
(used instead BZP 10.9 M8 x 40mm screws from Westfield Fasteners)
These don't need to be 40mm long...20-30mm can be used instead. The originals were replaced as they had grooves in the thread which exacerbate water ingress and corrosion. I also upgraded to 10.9 grade from 8.8.
Flanged nut M8 1 x FN108041 (re-used existing nuts)
Only need 1 of these as the inner nut on each side is captive.
M8 washer form C 2 stainless washers from Westfield. I couldn't find any BZP form C washers. Form C are the closest to replicate the flange on the original screws.
The OEM replacement subframe mount...around £20
..and the more substantial B&G replacements...around £27 each..bargain!
Wheel arch liner clip 3 x DBP5563
These are used all over the TF and quite often are not re-usable. If the screw can't be unscrewed just lever it out.
Wheel arch screw pan 3 x DYP101150
You may be able to re-use the existing ones but they are usually too rusted
Wheel arch spring 3 x AK606075
These also rust but not quite so badly so can often be re-used
Tools required:
21mm long socket – preferably 6 sided, to fit M14 nut
18mm short socket – preferably 6 sided, to fit bolt head
10mm socket – to remove the old bolts
13mm socket – to replace the new screws
13mm spanner – for the un-captive nut
torque wrench
threadlock
Copperslip
Method:
Jack up one side and place on axle stands.
Remove wheel.
Remove wheel arch liner or just peel it back at the front.
This is a picture of the old mount which is actually OK-ish but I replaced it anyway to match the other.
Remove 2 M8 screws, M8 nut and M14 nut and bolt. I didn't find it necessary to support the subframe.
..and this is the one I had to replace...
Replace with new or re-use old remembering to apply threadlock to the M14 bolt.

Posted 11 years 1 month ago #131733Use Copperslip on all exposed threads
Torque M8 screws to 30 Nm / 22 ft lbs
Torque M14 bolt to 100 Nm / 74 ft lbs
Replace wheel arch liner using new parts where necessary
Lessons learned:
1. The old M14 bolts and nuts were re-usable
2. I did need to replace the plastic clips and screws fixing the wheel arch liner
3. The original subframe mounts are relatively flimsy and easily rust
4. The new M8 screws don't need to be 40mm long
5. The M14 bolt is also longer than it needs to be
6. An awful lot of damp road gunge gets behind the back of the wheel arch liner and could rot the sill if not removed
This is what I removed ...now need to fettle the liner to prevent even more accumulating.
