This is the damaged seat, I have removed it, it is now being repaired, don't know how long it will take but for £20 I don't mind waiting.:yesnod:

That's one hell of an expensive roll of gaffer tape!

(Only kiddin)...what would be the best repair for a hole like that.
1-gaffer tape..neh
2-glue a identical piece of material from a hidden part of the seat or donor seat
3-find a beautiful seamstress that can sew
Watching salvage hunters I think they favour number 2 on there leather furniture repairs.
