Thanks hope mine don't rip for a while..they are the same has yours graham...with the black and blue leather.I've got a habit of sitting my knees on the drivers seat while unzipping the rear screen in the summer..stretches the leather a bit..a habit I'm trying to get out of.

Exactly the same has yours black and blue leather...black and dark blue and same steering wheel to match.

it is just that some you can change the leather from one side to the other, some you cant, the nearside seat cover won't fit the driver's seat, tried that, as the lower sides are different. this is just to save you wasting your time, as I did. the bolster repair at trimmers is £80.

get the kids to do it, saves your fingers on the spring clips, and your seats.

I originally bought the mg for my girlfriend who decided she wanted a different car within a week of buying it...we went out got another car andI saw the mg has a good hobby...a way to learn and test out my increasing mechanical interest.....so I pledged to my self all work where possible to be done by myself..including head gaskets.cambelts.clutches...brakes etc.etc...so no involvement from kids, garage mechanics and hopefully no aa assistants....t bar members input welcome...ah but hey I've had the grand kids help clean it...I like the mg a lot..actually my girlfriend asked me if she could take her daughter out in the tf...I replied no way it's mine.
