What sort of a job is it to remove a cover from the seat for repairs?

Think the covers just pull off, there is a how to either on here or on .org covering (every pun intended) how to refurb the bolster and repair the worn leather.
I was toying with the idea of removing an upper seat cover from a spare passenger seat which are usually unmarked and fitting it to my drivers seat.
The worn area of foam on the bolster can be simply cut away and an insert made from new foam and glued in place.

when the seat is removed, you can split the back from the bottom half, the bottom half is simple to remove the cover, one plastic long clip the back one is a bit more difficult as you have to undo the plastic clip at the lower back then gently pull the cover up you will see a plastic length running along the back, iside the cover there are two strips with small metal rings, there are two of these, one in the middle and one at the top.you have to separate the the rings so you can remove them from the back of the seat wire, down each side you have two small bundgie cords these have hooks on each end, just remove the bottom ones and thread the cords through the cloth and pull the cover up, the headrest bits at the top of the seat just tuns to pull out, think you will need the wifes stocking to put over the foam to get it back on, dont know yet as I am awaiting the return of mine, I will let you know how I get on. hope this helps, better than paying a kings Ransome for new ones.
