Can't wait to find out what it is!

Know now how my Missis feels waiting for a cliffhanger episode of Coronation Street.... Did Elsie Tanner sleep with Albert Tatlock?

Been a while since I watched it to be honest......

It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

No John and Sue, you're wrong . It was Martha Longhurst that bedded Albert Tatlock ! :-)

Alan Bradley got flattened by a tram last time I watched an episode of Corrie. I've just googled it 1989.
I watched from the early seventies but it just got a bit daft for me so I packed up watching. Even when a couple of actors from my home town were cast regulars(Janice Battersby and Hayley) I wasn't tempted to return.

My excuse is that, when I was a kid,mit was my job to sit with my maternal Grandpa to keep him company while Mam made Dad's dinner. Coronation Street was the programme of this time slot. This being the sixties it was black and white. So circa 1964 to 1970 Corro is my specialist subject: funny what lingers in the mind fifty odd years on.

Thread seems to have drifted a bit.... Soz, as my Grandaughter would say.

PS: I remember Arthur Lowe playing Emily Bishop's or Miss Nugent as she then, boss.

It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..
