The remap actually caught me by surprise almost immediately. When we turned out of the car park at the start and I booted it around the first roundabout, I had to back off so much as it just wanted to rev and go like stink!gooseholla wrote: How are you finding the remap? I find mine insanely fun to drive now and around 3.5k on the revs is more like 5.5k used to be I reckon.
John
The M25 and the speed we had to do didn't really give me much chance to test the higher revs out, except when dropping to fourth and doing some leapfrogging, but the pick up was so much quicker and the added burb and pop really gets the juices flowing. Coming back up the M1 I found the car transformed, but I am really looking forward to testing the car out around the Derbyshire peaks in the summer, see how the improvement is over the hills.
Well worth the £150 John, and the saving in fuel should payback in a year!
