We've had this before but I'm going to kick it up the arse again. I ordered some bits for the f hoping for a Thursday delivery; no show, hey ho. Yesterday My Bloody Hermes tells me that the stuff will be with me today between 10-00 & 14-00. It's not easy doing the job in the garage & it's a lovely day, so I've got the car out & stripped down ready to fit said parts to a now immobile car. An E-mail now tells me that the sods can't deliver today, so that's Monday & right in the middle of an arctic blast; Blast!
So I'm going to start rebuilding & put it away until the weather's clement, which in this country could be weeks. This isn't front line transport, what would the position be if it were a commercial job, would you have any recourse?
Pissed off & they would be pissed on if they were here right now.
