I layed my TF up for a couple of months over the winter and have had this error a few times myself since I started driving it again in March. I've read sometimes bad fuel can cause this problem so I tried half a tank of the good stuff and it stayed away. Back onto Asda fuel and it's returned, may be a coinsidence? I've just bought a bottle of reddex to see if that helps. My precat lambda went and was changed around September time so I suspect that may have something to do with it but I had no errors till the lay up. I changed the fuel filter a couple of years ago around 4000 miles back. The car is running great so I'll give it a few more weeks till I call for professional help.
