Disconnect the cable, does the cable inner extend freely when you rotate the knob?
Try moving the valve open by hand. It could be seized.
There is also a cam system converting cable movement to valve operation. This can become unhinged.

Thanks for the reply David, I got hot and cold when messes with the cable at the valve end. I think like me it’s the latter, is it an easy fix ?

Common fault....splitting on shaft, so do not turn the linkage mechanism
Just pull it out and have a look for cracked or split plastic.

David Aiketgate wrote: Yeah. Its just a case of putting the mechanism on the valve into line, usually. Difficult to describe but with the cable disconnected you should be able to see the mechanism's movement by moving it by hand, and adjust it.
I’ll give it a shot, cars like a sauna lol

tnjk wrote: If your control knob is stuck, then I think it is connected to the cable. I had an issue where the control knob could be rotated, but did not control the heating. Thas issue was solved by attaching the outer boyden cable to the center console frame, it had come loose from its bracket. But in your case I expect that the cable operation is ok, but the actual valve might be stuck, so indeed remove the footwell panel an try to move the valve by hand,
The valve seems fine, I checked that just after I got Tif. It’s the control knob that sticks solid after a quarter turn
