Interestingly, there isn't a how to but have a look at this thread. https://www.the-t-bar.com/forum/9-mgf-tf-pitstop/95833-fault-code#182436
IT should point you in the right direction.
Ps. If you'd like to make a How to we'd be happy to include it in the lists!

Yes that link was to my post and I must add if your going to change your packs...treat yourself to some quality leads aswell..the hardest part of doing the job was taking the engine cover off......so I bought 4 plugs,2 coil packs and a set of leads...and it made a difference.and don't forget your sparkly bolts

When I bought the plugs in the link..they were platinum tipped plugs.
I didn't use ebay..I got them from my local motor factors...price I guess around £8 each...the leads I bought from there also.the spark plugs sit deep in the head..after removing the plastic spark plug cover you then.remove 2 small bolts for each coil pack and simply pull them out...I took a picture has always before I dismantle anything...and here is my original picture.
I can't remember what make I chose.
Once the plastic spark plug cover is off see 2 coilpacks remove the 2 bolts...should be 8mm heads on 6mm thread size....marked with yellow arrows in pic below...although I've changed my to allen key heads.
And remove the ht lead and electrical connectors from coil packs marked with the red arrows.before simply just pulling the coil pack up and out.

I use a piece of hosepipe to remove and fit the plugs, stops you from threading them to 🤣
