rear drop links

evening all, can anyone tell what the torque wrench setting is for the rear drop links, I put new ones on last year but Jason from mg and alfa pointed them out as I had crushed the rubbers on too tight, causing them to crack putting Polly bushes on this time. thank you in advance.
