Downgrading from 160 to 115: What's to take off the VVC to fit the MPI, plz???

What's to take off the 2003 VVC to fit the 2005 MPI, plz???

Not thinking of engine mods, but apart 16' wheels + AP red brakes....... what about suspension & lower ride?
Before dismantling, I'd fancied to get the right parts to discard or keep list !

I think you have mentioned the parts worth swapping. Spirings and dampers.
However check the ride height as the mpi may already have the lower sports pack fitted.

I'll have then the complete front assemblies, but rear dampers leak, so less to save!
Sorry, once the big red callipers fitted, my four 6 spokes 15' become useless even for winter time & tyres!!! ;(

15s.wont fit over The callipers. You could use them on the rear. :shrug:

What about "spacers", plz?
Appeared someone had 6 spoke alloys (16', guess I) with spacers (x mm?) and still the red brakes!?!?!
No way to keep the 304mm discs on 15' wheel anyhow.
