After the dormant period of owning a sensible family diesel car. it begins....

So, I bought the MGF and returned to MG Rover ownership (been here before www.roverdrive.co.uk ), and after buying a fairly clean low mileage MGF, which can be used happily as is...

I appear to have bought 52mm TB, K&N panel filter, door cards (need rid of wood in door and repalce damaged speaker cover), a remote boot release, low water alarm, a TF bootlid and headlights..... have parts lined up to do TF front end, but may just go look to buy a MGF bumper to hack about with to get lights to fit, as kinda liking the F front, in which case will be buying a splitter....

Most bits and bobs should be straight forward, cold air feed, TB swap, bootlid swap, and wiring in bits, the challenge will be the front end.... I may be less patient than I was when i created the back lights for the 220 coupe.....

Still, it's not supposed to be easy owning an older car now is it?
