Greetings everyone, I'm new to this forum and only bought my 2002 TF160 today, so new to both entities! Can anyone tell me if there is a quick fix to reset the amber engine service light which came on mysteriously?

welcome aboard!

You'd need an OBD II reader to check the error code and reset the warning light.

Hi and welcome to the forum

The trick is to drive it.

Being a new owner your driving style could well be different to the previous owner.
The ECU has sensed an unusual signal from one or more sensors so has thrown up a fault code.

With the MEMS ECU used on the MGF and TF the light will automatically clear after 5 complete ignition cycles after the perceived fault has cleared.

Let us know what happens.
