Pscan and ECU

My 1997 MGF has a new lease on life with tha addition of new head, ECU, 421 Exhaust, 52mm throttle body, Mocal Oil/Water cooler, bigger brakes, 16 inch wheels, new fuel tank, wrapped exhaust, new coil over shocks suspension, new ignition system, spoiler and splietter, and with the great assistance of Philip from Pscan and SAWS the car run and handles like a new car. 

That sounds a very thorough set of upgrades. Is the new head a 120 or later 135 ?

Its  a later 135, I think, it required different belt tensioner and used the wider timing belt.
