The A210 is used in winter as it is front wheel drive. The F is used when it's not raining so I can have the roof down. The Mini is used on high days & holidays with zero chance of rain. I spent too long resurrecting her from years of neglect to risk more tin worm.

It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

The diesel Citroen Picasso went last week - a brilliant, ridiculously economical, carry-all that was actually better to drive than it looked. And our much loved, immaculate, 23-year-old Fiat/Hymer motorhome went up the lane for the last time yesterday. (Somebody once asked me how it handled. 'Compared to the MG it's totally, utterly, bloody awfull. Compared to a small bungalow it's not too bad')
Our faithfull 10-year old Suzuki Grand Vitara now fills the everyday gap while we await the delivery of our Dacia Duster 4x4 - Titter ye not, you've had the Indian-built versions, we have the Romanian-built ones which are now number two in the 'Auto Plus' magazine's reliabilty tables (Volkswagen are 13th, Audi 20th...) The dear old Suzy will go too after the Duster arrives and takes over the trailer-full-of-logs task.
So number four? The TF - and it STAYS! It is immune from this and any other rationalisation.
Obviously!
What's that black canvas thing behind the seats for?

You will recognise the green one it’s a 1996 VVC which I got for under £300 of fleabay and am currently using as my daily. It is coping with a 50 mile round trip to work and back with ease and is great fun to drive, but you all knew that anyway.
The rusty white one is a 1959 Ford Fairlane Galaxie 500. Imported by myself from Kansas 3 years ago with four flat tyres, no sills and a seized motor, it is slowly coming together. She runs and drives now, pretty sweet when you consider the engine was unstuck using diesel and a long bar. No re-build at all. Just need a carb and a wheel arch and she will hit the road, though I have got her registered and have driven her on the queens highway. The handling on those whitewalls is very different to the VVC…

A good clean would help!
On the other hand the MG looks a good buy.
