Windows 10 PScan download issue

Hi Folks,
              I have recently purchased PScan and I am running windows 10 on my laptop.  I am struggling to download the software and I could do with some help ( have searched the forum with no luck ) 

I have downloaded file CDM212364_setup from the PScan webpage & unzipped it along with the PScanloader file, I have created a new folder on the C drive and moved the files into the folder, I have then tried to run the program as an administrator as per the instructions, I then get a message saying " the app you are trying to download is a non microsoft verified app "  I cant get any further and would appreciate any help please 

With Windows 10 it often works without the FTDI driver (the CDM212364_setup file), provided that it is connected to the internet, if you plug the pscan interface into the laptop it should, in theory just pick up the driver automatically.

Please try skipping step 1 of the instructions and go straight to step 2 and see what happens.

You don't need admin rights for step two onwards.
