Disable one-touch

I have a Chinese era car. And now I have a PScan.

My driver's window is stuck closed. I imagine this is a failed one-touch relay (the relay is fairly new but the car did get extremely wet at one point). 

I don't like one-touch. If I use the Pscan to disable that, is that likely to make the window work again, or will a failed relay still leave the window stuck shut?

I want to avoid any possibility that I am left with a window that is stuck open!

I do not thinkm hat changing one-touch operation will change anything. That function is active only when switch is operated. Otherwise it is not on. Relay is the one that should be inspected, since, if I understood correctly, if you operate the switch window does not move.
