What do the Trim 2 rich/lean buttons do in  MEMS 1.9 tuning features?

What do the Trim 2 rich/lean buttons do in  MEMS 1.9 tuning features?
They mean whatever they mean in the factory T4 tool.  They are reverse engineered from the factory T4 and provided on that basis.

When we put Rob Bell's MGF on the rolling road they got a bit more power without touching Trim 2.
