PSCAN INSTALLATION

Purchased a pscan and having install problems 
installed driver - successful
Installed pscan and then connected usb to windows 11 laptop running win 11 64bit.
error message says 'connect to car to power up pscan'' 
Dont have a mgtf or rover car here at the moment.
Any other way to power it up to allow it to install Please.

Edit: Got a obd 2 connection on the bench - to allow us to program 5AS modules directly with fobs and EMS codes - but even that did not allow the software to activate same message -error please connect to obd on vehicle.

This error message means that the software is installed and working.
the interface takes power from the car, so until the interface is plugged into an OBD socket, with power on pin 16, the PC software cannot communicate with the interface
