I'm not exactly sure what you mean by MK II and I am guessing by "security code" you mean the EKA which is the code that you can enter using the key in the door lock if the remote plip/fob isn't available or isn't working.
The MGF came either with a 5AS with rectangular fob, or Pektron with round fob.
pscan can read the EKA from both the 5AS and the Pektron units. The feature lists are here:-

Note that with the Pektron unit that the diagnostic protocol will only work once the immobiliser is disarmed. Therefore you need at least one working fob or the EKA to log in. I would advise anyone with a Pektron car to make sure that they know the EKA and test that it actually works (the procedure for this is in the above link) because once the last fob fails or gets lost you've had it without the EKA.
