Pektron failed? was created by Ludo.190

Hi!
I would first like to thank Philip for his job

My 2005 ZR 160 Start and cut immediately

Immobilizer seems desable (the led is off)
I can hear the pump arm when I turn the contact

I learned on a forum that it is possible that my Pektron SCU can be involved and prevents me from starting
would there be anything I can do so I can restart this car with my Pscan tool? Maybe a new learn on mems3?

Thank you!

Have you used the pscan to read the Pektron ECU to see if there are any faults stored?

Thank you for your answer ,

Unfortunately the car is not at home, in a few days I'll be able to go see it with my PSCAN, I hope I'll be able to start it!

The first thing to do is to log into the Engine ECU and check the immobiliser status.

It will be impossible for you to program the fob unless you have the bar code that the fob had when it left the factory . :nonod:
I had a similar situation with my TF earlier this year. I ended up removing the Pektron SCU and sending it and the fobs to a guy called Paul Brown who runs Technozen and he specialises in this type of problem .

You should be able to start the car using the EKA

335/5000
Unfortunately I did not manage to validate the code EKA with the key:

hold 5sec lock
the alarm is running
unlock first digit
lock second digit
unlock third
lock the fourth
the LED stays on and the alarm sounds a bit

Is the procedure the same for LHD and RHD cars?

Or is it related to my startup problem?

What happens if you try to log into the Pektron with your pscan?

Try turning the key the other way for the first turn.
