Coolant temperature - which sensor?
I have a problem where my coolant gauge isn't working. I know that there are two sensors: brown and blue. Is the temperature reading provided by pscan coming from the brown sensor?

The blue sensor is for the dash gauge.
It has a single cable although some have 2 pins.
A quick test is to ground the lead, the gauge should go to the top/red.
The brown (or black on MEMS 3 cars) has a 2 cable plug and is what the ECU uses.
A quick test is to unplug and the front radiator fan should operate.
